So happy with my order!

I got the kids face masks for my little ones and they are perfect! The patterns are cute and they actually fit their small faces. Delivery was so fast, I couldn't believe it. Everything was just great. I'm telling all my friends who have kids to check them out. Will definitely shop here again!

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered a box of 20 N95 respirators for myself. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received a confirmation email right away and a shipping notification with tracking a few hours later. The package arrived in 3 days, which was quicker than I expected. The masks themselves seem high quality, similar to what I've used in healthcare settings. They fit well and felt secure. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment on that, but overall it was a smooth transaction.

Good deal on hand sanitizer

I was looking for some good quality hand sanitizer at a decent price and found it here. The bulk purchase discount made it a really good value. Shipping was a bit slow, took 6 days, but for the savings, it was worth the wait. The product itself is fine. Overall, I felt like I got a good deal for my money.

Consistent quality, reliable

This was my third time ordering N95s from Connecticut Biotech, and they were just as good as the first two times. I always get the headband N95s, and the quality hasn't dipped at all. Shipping took about the same amount of time, five days to New York, and the packaging was secure. It's nice to know I can count on them for reliable, American-made PPE. I'll definitely be back for more when my current supply runs low, no reason to look elsewhere.

Needed masks, got masks

Just needed some surgical masks for my family. Found Connecticut Biotech online. Placed an order, and they showed up a few days later. Everything was fine. Masks are fine, you know? They do the job. Happy with it.

What's their return policy like if I order a bunch of masks and they don't fit right? Is it a hassle?

J Jason N. 3 weeks ago
Returns for medical stuff can be tricky sometimes, but I think they let you return unopened items. Double check their FAQ on returns though.

I've only returned something once, wasn't a mask, but it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's in original packaging.

Thinking of getting some masks from here or Project N95. Any thoughts on which is better quality or value?

R Rachel Lopez 2 weeks ago
CT Biotech is US made which I really like, so I tend to go with them. Quality is solid for sure.

Both are good, but I've found CT Biotech often has better bulk discounts directly. Project N95 is more like a marketplace for different brands.

Hey, wondering how long shipping usually takes for N95s to like, Phoenix, Arizona? Need them kinda quick.

A Amanda Phillips 1 month ago
I ordered some last month to California, got them in about 5 days. Not super fast but not bad.

yeah, usually 5-7 business days for me on the west coast. depends on what shipping option you pick though.

How's the sizing for their N95s? I usually wear a medium, but sometimes these masks run small.

R Ryan Gomez 1 week ago
I found them to be pretty true to size, but they do have different styles (headband vs earloop) that fit a little differently. Check the product descriptions for any sizing guides.

They have a few different models. The headband ones tend to feel more secure for me. No weird small sizes though, I'd say standard.

Does anyone know if they do like, a military discount or something for service members? Trying to save a few bucks.

C Carol Davis 1 week ago
I think they have a healthcare worker discount, so military might be similar. Check their site or try a quick Google search for 'Connecticut Biotech military discount'.

Yeah, I remember seeing they have one for first responders and teachers, so it's worth checking if that applies to military too. It's usually 10-15% off.

Can you use more than one coupon code at a time? Got a first order discount and a bulk one, wanna stack em.

A Andrew Davis 3 days ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Tried that once, didn't work for me.

N Nathan P. 3 days ago
Afaik, most places only let you use one code. It'll probably tell you at checkout if you try to put in a second one.

Are the N95s on this site actually legit, or are they some random knockoffs? Seen so many fake masks online.

M Melissa Jackson 2 weeks ago
They're NIOSH approved. Look for that on the product page, it's how you know they're real deal.

L Laura Jackson 2 weeks ago
Yup, definitely authentic. I've bought from them a few times, never had an issue. They're US made too.

Anyone know where on the site you actually put in the promo code? I get to checkout and can't find it.

J Jeff H. 1 month ago
It's usually on the final page of checkout, right before you confirm payment. Look for a small box that says 'discount code' or 'promo code'.

A Ashley Gonzalez 1 month ago
Yeah, don't miss it! It's usually towards the bottom or side of the payment section. Easy to overlook if you're rushing.
